My thoughts on Blogging!!!

My personal thoughts on blogging are if you want to do it if you want to, but don't try to get me involved.  I personally think that people shouldn't get paid to blog because there are way more important things people should get paid more for.  Also I think blogs help, but I don't want to run one because I have things that I would much rather do.  I only do it for this class because I have to.  I have read other blogs but for information on a certain subject.

Memorial Day

We celebrate Memorial Day to thank and remember the men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces.  First I went to subway then I went to a Parade to celebrate it.  After the parade it was really crappy weather outside so I hung out with some fiends.  I really don't take memorial Day very seriously, it is just another day I get off school if you ask me.

 

National Month For???

There are now National Months for random things now and I don't really like them.  For example it is National Month for Smiles.  I think that is a very dumb idea.  People just thought of these things just to annoy other people or to try to get there kids to do something.  I honestly don't think we need to do anymore of these things.  The only useful one would be a sleep month.

 

My truck.

Recently I have acquired my first car, kind of.  It isn't really a car, it is a truck.  It is my very first vehicle and I am proud of it.  It is a 1984 Jeep J10.  I know people Jeep doesn't make trucks, anymore.  Before Chrysler bought Jeep from AMC they did make pickup trucks.  Mine is the half sized truck, the full sized is the J20.  I extremely love the truck, it has a regular cab, automatic transmission, vinyl interior, 7foot bed, and 71,000 miles.  It is an absolutely great truck and can't wait to drive it to school.

Cinco De Mayo

 

Cinco De Mayo is the celebration held on May 5.  It translate to fifth of May.  It is celebrated in the United States and in regions of Mexico.  It is the Celebration of the Mexican's army over the France at the Battle of Puebla.  So in reality we shouldn't be celebrating it nearly as much as we do and should because it wasn't our victory, it was the Mexican's and we celebrate it more than them.  I think if Mexico wants to make it a National holiday they should, but we shouldn't.

 

Prom!!!

I haven't gone to prom yet but from what I heard it sounds really fun.  I don't think that that should be just an after prom.  I don't think that prom is overrated at all.  It is usually that last big event for the school year at most schools so it should be an all out event.  I plan on going to prom next year so then I will truely know.

 

Earth Day

Today is Earth day I honestly don't care about it at all.  We only celebrate it because of a massive oil spill that happend on of the coast of San Fransico.  A couple of facts I just found out about Earth Day are 180 countries take part in it, Gayload Nelson was the person who tought of it, and that the first official Earth day was in 1970.

Violent TV

Recently people have been complaining about violent video games and now they are complaining about TV shows.  I think that this is just a bunch of people complaining because they knew someone who knew sombody who knew somebody who was murdered and they think it is because violent video games and a TV shows. v I know for a fact that this is false because now they are much less violent than they used to be for example tom and jerry.  That is considered the most violent kids show in the world.  They don't even show that show anymore so stuff has become much less violent.

Spring Break

This year for spring break was no different than any other spring break that I have done.  I stayed home because my parents don't bother to take me anywhere because they think that it would be pointless.  The only things I did over spring break were ride my four wheeler and mess around on youtube.  That sums up my spring break like that.  Hope yours was better.

 

What I did this Weekend.

This weekend that we just had I got go see olympus has fallen.  I absolutely loved that movie.  I loved the plot of it and the work that they put into it.  I qwouldn't recconmend it for people that don't like violent, bloody and gory, and movies that cuss alot in them.  If you like those type of movies, you will love Olympus Has Fallen.  After that I decided to go onto youtube and watch a bunch of videos.  That sums up my weekend.

Cheaters never win.

The saying cheaters never win is and isn't true.  Because most of the people who win the tour de France, cheat.  Also alot of people cheat everyday.  It is true ifthey cheat some of the people fall under pressure because they can't deal with it anymore.  Also I beleive the saying sinners are winners.  If I catch somebody cheating I usually dont't care unless it is on something very important or if they try using me to cheat.

Harlem Shake

 

The harlem shake is a video sensation that has become very big very fast over the last 2 months.  The harlem shake that we know and love is not the real harlem shake.  I like some of the harlem shake videos but some of them are annoying.  I would appear in a harlem shake and I will appear in one.  My favorite harem shake videos are the ones of the dryers and washers.

 

Test Test Test

The first 13 years of being educated is nothing but being tested.  I feel that this is not a good idea because all it does is tell us how bad we are, not how goo, but how bad.  I feel that you can learn much more in hand on work that is fun than boring test and homework.  If there weren't any test that would be bad, but I feel that we do need test, just much less common.

Top Four

The top 4 things in my life are my 4 wheeler, steak, gravity, and friends.  I chose these because I love my 4 wheeler.  during the summer I ride it so much that it overheats.  I also love it because they are just so darn fun.  I love steak because I love eating it.  The way I make my steak is so amazing people have asked me to make steaks for them.  I love gravity because life without gravity would suck.  It would also make some of my favorite sports and hobbies non-existent.  The last one is my friend.  They can be there when I need them and I can be there when the need me.

Popular President

My favorite president in Bill Clinton.  He is my favorite president because he was the only president that we have had so far that has put us in a surplus.  Also his scandle is pretty funny to read about on the internet and read the other opinions on it.  I would never ever want to run for president, to much stupid politics involved with it.  If I did run for president my pitch would be don't vote for me.

 

If I had $100,000 to give away I would give it to orphans.  I would give it to them to help them pay for basic needs.  I would also give it to them so they could get stuff that they also wanted but could never get.  That is why I could give $100,000 to orphans.

 

I want out of here!

If I could be anywhere right now I would want to be in in Quebec, Canada.  I would want to be there to ride snowmobiles and have a good time.  I would also want to be thre becasue at theis time of the year Quebec looks awesome.  I have been in Ontario and Quebec so far during this time of the year before and I loved it.  The snow was in really deep and I had a great time.  I would also want to be there because this is the time that not many people are there visiting.

If I could be any bug in the wiorld right now I would want to be a flea.  I would want to be a flea because it would give me an excuse to annoy people.  It would also alow me to jump insanly far distances.  I would also want to be a flea because they are so small that you can barely see them.

 

Travel Anywhere!

If I could travel anywhere I would want to travel to Quebec during the winter.  I would want to go there to go snowmobiling.  I would want to go there to do that because they have more miles of trails than they do with roads.  I would also want to go there to see some very cool sights and to also have a good time.  The biggest reason besides snowmobiling is to see perce rock.
